AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 200m Run

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets of Bench Press.
- Scale box height as needed to maintain intensity.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
