  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Toes to Bar

Equipment:
- Jump Rope
- Medicine Ball
- Box


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each exercise before moving on to the next. The 400 Meter Run is to be done after each set of exercises. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity.
