Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • Wall Ball Shots x 8 rounds
  • Weightlifting:
    • Deadlift x 8 rounds
    • Hang Power Clean x 8 rounds

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next. Keep track of total reps for Wall Ball and total weight lifted for the Weightlifting portion.
