AMRAP Strength Box

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 15 Box Jumps
- 10 Burpees
- 5 Deadlifts


Equipment:
- Box for Box Jumps
- Barbell for Deadlifts


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Box Jumps, 10 Burpees, and 5 Deadlifts. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts that allows for proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration of the workout.
