- 5 Power Cleans
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Perform 5 box jumps and 5 power cleans at the start of every minute for 10 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout. Push the pace and aim to complete each set within 40 seconds to allow for rest before the next minute starts.
