For Time:


  • 50 Box Jumps
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 30 Box Step-ups with Dumbbells
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Box Overs

- Box
- Wall Ball
- Dumbbells
- Mat for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Be sure to scale movements as needed for your skill level.
