Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Slam Balls
    2. Hang Power Cleans
    3. Front Squats
    4. Push Press

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Score: Total reps completed across all movements


Notes: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. The Slam Ball weight should be challenging but allow for continuous movement throughout the Tabata. Adjust the weight on the barbell accordingly.
