Tabata Strength Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Bench Press (bodyweight)
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.


Notes: Make sure to properly warm up your shoulders and chest before starting the workout. Adjust the weight of the bench press as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper technique.
