  <p><strong>Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes:</strong><br>
- 5 Power Snatches<br>
- 5 Overhead Squats</p><br><p><strong>Barbell:</strong> #135 / #95</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 5 power snatches followed by 5 overhead squats at the start of every minute for a total of 12 minutes. If you finish the reps before the minute is up, rest for the remainder of the minute. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.</p>
