  • 50 Bench Press
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Bench Dips

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Choose a challenging weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete the 50 reps with good form. Scale the height of the Box Jumps and the difficulty of the Toes-to-Bar as needed. Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout.
