  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
    • Resistance Band Bicep Curls

Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining tension in the band throughout each movement.
- Keep a consistent pace and range of motion for all rounds.


Notes:
- Choose a band resistance that challenges you but allows you to complete each round with good form.
- Rest as needed between movements to maintain intensity throughout all rounds.
