  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Deadlifts, 15 Push-ups, and 20 Air Squats. Use a resistance band for assistance on the push-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on good form throughout the workout.
