Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 Deadlifts, 15 Slam Balls, and 20 Sit-ups. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts and Slam Balls that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the full 20 minutes.</p>
