  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band


Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Note: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout, especially during the handstand push-ups. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
