For Time Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Band-Resisted Burpees
- 40 Pull-ups
- 30 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 10 Pistol Squats (each leg)
Resistance Band: Choose a band that provides moderate resistance for the burpees.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Make sure to scale the movements accordingly to your skill level and adjust the resistance band as needed.
