Tabata Gymnastics Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Alternating between:
    • Push-ups
    • Sit-ups
    • Air Squats
    • Plank Hold

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Ensure proper form throughout each round and push yourself during the work intervals.
