Tabata Gymnastics Resistance Band

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1 minute rest between each movement

  1. Resistance Band Pull-ups
  2. Resistance Band Push-ups
  3. Resistance Band Squats

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Focus on maintaining good form and range of motion throughout each movement.
- Adjust band resistance as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper technique.
- Rest 1 minute between movements to allow for recovery and transition.
