Band Resistance Blitz // Monday - 2025.04.28

EMOM Weightlifting Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts with resistance band
  • Even minutes: 15 Band Pull-Aparts

Instructions:
- Use a moderate to heavy resistance band for the deadlifts.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the designated reps.
