EMOM Weightlifting Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts with resistance band
- Even minutes: 15 Band Pull-Aparts
Instructions:
- Use a moderate to heavy resistance band for the deadlifts.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the designated reps.
