AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Band-resisted Push-ups
  • 15 Band Pull-aparts
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Russian Twists

Equipment: Resistance Band
Scoring: Total rounds + reps completed in 20 minutes.
Note: Maintain good form throughout the workout, especially with the band resistance movements. Adjust band tension as needed. Have fun and push yourself to keep moving for the full 20 minutes!
