Tabata Strength Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Slam Balls

Strength Focus:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, focusing on explosive power and controlled strength during each slam.


Instructions:
- Choose a challenging weight for the slam ball that allows you to maintain good form throughout all 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata round.
- Score is total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
