EMOM Cardio Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
- Minute 2: 10 Burpees over the Assault Bike
Instructions:
- Complete the designated reps for each movement within the minute and rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Alternate between the Assault Bike and Burpees each minute for a total of 20 minutes.
Notes:
- Adjust the calorie count on the Assault Bike and the number of Burpees as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on pushing the pace on the Assault Bike and maintaining a consistent speed on the Burpees.
