  • 1 Peg Board Ascent
  • 3 Deadlifts (#225/155)

Instructions:
- Start each minute with 1 peg board ascent, then complete 3 deadlifts for the remainder of the minute.
- Increase weight on deadlifts every 5 minutes (if possible).
- Score is total successful rounds completed.
