  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Notes:
- Each round should start with a Peg Board Climb, followed by the other movements in order.
- Scale the weight and height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Score is total rounds + reps completed in the 20 minutes.
