For Time:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Toes-to-bar
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 400 Meter Run

Equipment:
- Rope
- Timer
- Pull-up bar (for modifications if needed)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Focus on moving efficiently through each movement to minimize rest time between exercises. Be prepared to scale the movements if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
