  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on Stationary Bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set the resistance on the Stationary Bike to a challenging level.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second interval.
- Rest for the full 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Focus on powerful pedal strokes and maintain a strong core throughout the workout.
