Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (max effort)
    • 10 seconds rest

Weightlifting:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Power Snatches
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Alternate between the Tabata intervals on the Stationary Bike and the Weightlifting rounds of Power Snatches. Push yourself to go all out on the bike sprints and maintain good form and speed on the Power Snatches during the work intervals. Rest as needed between each set, but aim to keep the intensity high throughout the entire workout.
