  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Weightlifting:


  • 5 rounds of:
    • 5 deadlifts
    • 5 hang power cleans
    • 5 front squats
    • 5 push press

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of Tabata on the stationary bike before moving on to the 5 rounds of weightlifting.
- The weightlifting portion is meant to be done unbroken, with minimal rest between movements.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
