Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of max effort on the Stationary Bike
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Weightlifting:


  • 8 rounds of 5 Deadlifts at #225 / #155
  • Rest 1 minute between rounds

Instructions:
Alternate between the Tabata intervals on the Stationary Bike and the Deadlift rounds. Focus on pushing the pace on the bike and maintaining good form and technique on the Deadlifts. Adjust weights as needed to challenge yourself.
