EMOM Weightlifting Assault Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Alternate between the Assault Bike and Power Snatches every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the Power Snatches that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on pushing the intensity on the Assault Bike and moving efficiently on the Power Snatches.
