Tabata Skill Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
  • Skill: Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

Instructions:
- For the Assault Bike, push hard during the 20-second intervals and recover during the 10-second rest periods.
- For the Handstand Push-ups, focus on maintaining proper form and control throughout each 20-second interval.
- Rest 1 minute between the Assault Bike and Handstand Push-up Tabata intervals.
- Scale the Handstand Push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.


Notes:
- This workout is designed to challenge both cardiovascular endurance on the Assault Bike and skill/strength with Handstand Push-ups. Make sure to warm up properly before starting the workout.
