Skill: Handstand Push-ups


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed work. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed. Keep a steady pace on the bike to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
