Tabata Skill Stationary BikeTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on a stationary bike
- Skill: Handstand Push-ups
- Alternate between biking and practicing handstand push-ups for each Tabata round
Instructions:
- Set up a stationary bike and mark a spot for handstand push-ups
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest
- Immediately transition to practicing handstand push-ups for the next 20 seconds
- Alternate between biking and handstand push-ups for a total of 8 rounds
- Focus on form and technique during the skill portion
- Scale handstand push-ups as needed to ensure safety and proper progression

- This workout combines cardio on the stationary bike with a skill practice of handstand push-ups, challenging both endurance and strength.
