Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of Tabata on the Stationary Bike, giving your all for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. After completing the bike intervals, practice double-unders for 5 minutes. Try to string together as many reps as possible during this skill session.


Notes:
Adjust the resistance on the bike to challenge yourself during the intervals. Focus on form and rhythm during the double-unders practice, aiming to improve your efficiency with each rep.
