  • Skill: Handstand Push-ups (or Handstand Hold if scaling needed)

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata on the stationary bike, pushing hard during the work intervals.
- After each round on the bike, perform max effort Handstand Push-ups (or Handstand Hold) during the 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total calories on the bike and total reps of Handstand Push-ups.
- Scale Handstand Push-ups as needed to ensure proper form and safety.
