Tabata Skill Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds)

Skill Focus:
- During the 10-second rest intervals, practice double unders or handstand holds.


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike and 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Use the rest intervals to work on improving your double unders or handstand holds. Repeat the Tabata format for each skill practice movement.
