  • Minute 1: 10 Wall Balls
  • Minute 2: 5 Power Snatches

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Perform 10 wall balls at the start of each minute, then complete 5 power snatches within the same minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 16 minutes (8 rounds). Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
