- 5 Power Cleans

Instructions:
Perform 10 Wall Balls at the start of each minute, then complete 5 Power Cleans before the minute ends. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust weights as needed for the Power Cleans.
