EMOM Weightlifting BenchEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Bench Press
- 5 Deadlifts
Equipment: Bench
Barbell: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform 5 Bench Press followed immediately by 5 Deadlifts at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the weight accordingly to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
