- 50 Wall Balls
- 40 Deadlifts
- 30 Wall Balls
- 20 Hang Power Cleans
- 10 Wall Balls
- 5 Squat Cleans
Barbell: #135 / #95
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
Instructions: Perform the wall balls first, then move on to the barbell movements. The weight should be challenging but manageable for each set. Keep a steady pace to finish within the time cap.
