Tabata Skill Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Max reps Wall Balls
    • Skill work (double unders, handstand holds, muscle-up transitions, etc.)

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many Wall Balls as possible during the 20 seconds of work, resting for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round.
- Use the 10 seconds of rest to practice and improve your chosen skill.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on technique and efficiency in both movements.
