    • 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds of rest

Skill Focus: Focus on proper form and depth in each Wall Ball rep.


Instructions: Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in each 20-second work interval, aiming for consistent reps throughout all 8 rounds. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Focus on hitting the target with the ball and maintaining a strong squat position throughout the movement.
