Tabata Skill Wall BallTabata:
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds
- Alternating between:
- Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Double Unders
Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of wall balls in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Switch to double unders for the next 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
