  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Power Cleans

- Wall Ball
- Box
- Barbell for Deadlifts and Power Cleans


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts and Power Cleans, and scale the handstand push-ups as needed. Push yourself to move through each exercise efficiently to finish under the time cap.
