Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds between each round. Score is total number of Wall Balls completed across all 8 rounds. Adjust weight and height of target as needed.
