  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions: Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds between rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round and aim to maintain or increase your reps throughout the workout.
