  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 20 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Squat Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the wall balls unbroken if possible to save time for the weightlifting movements. The deadlifts and hang power cleans should be completed with good form to avoid injury. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
