Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata Strength Circuit:


  • 8 Rounds
  • 20 seconds of Wall Balls
  • 10 seconds rest

Equipment Needed:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and maximizing reps during each work interval.
