Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • 1 minute rest between each movement

Movements:


  1. Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  2. Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Rest for 1 minute between switching from Wall Balls to Power Cleans. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement.
