Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between Wall Balls and Push-ups
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
- Switch movements every 4 rounds


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Balls in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
- Perform as many reps as possible of Push-ups in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds, alternating between Wall Balls and Push-ups
- Score is total reps completed for each movement


Notes:
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second work interval
- Focus on proper form for both movements to maximize efficiency and prevent injury
