AMRAP Strength Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 5 Deadlifts

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 wall balls, 10 push-ups, and 5 deadlifts. Use a challenging weight for the deadlifts to focus on strength. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain form.
